Sore ha Bokutachi no Kiseki (それは僕たちの奇跡)
This opening changes from the first season and it’s already catchy since the beginning (yay!). Obviously they try the solos based on the year, just like in some other songs for the anime. The song itself is really happy and cool and I find myself singing the song. I think the arrangement is quite normal but the energy of the girls is the needed factor to make the song even better. I don’t know what else to say, besides that I love the song and is really cool from beginning to end and I prefer this one to the first opening.
Datte Datte aa Mujou (だってだって噫無情)
I heard the preview before the single arrived, and I was surprised they tried this type of style because it sounded so mysterious and cool. I was really intrigued at the beginning because of how quiet it started but then it is mixed with guitars and drums besides the japanese sound which was since the beginning. The song works even better thanks to the epic chorus and to the way they sang to give more punch to the arrangement. I am really fascinated with this B-side because it is very different from any other song they have tried, it’s like a japanese folkish sound at the back mixed with some guitars and drums to make it more fast. The only that could’ve been omitted was the dialogue of each girl. But everything else was so amazing, and any fan of μ’s will be happy with this song.
Is it worth listening? Yes! for μ’s fans
I think this single was really different from any other one they had and it worked thanks to that. The A-side or opening for the anime was so cool and fresh and sounded catchier for me than the previous one so I really like it. In case of the B-side I was really surprised with how the song turn out and was a really good song that stands out and is one of my favorites now.
